Will you really design my website before I pay?Yes. We create a complimentary website preview so you can see the proposed design before making a commitment.
If you decide to move forward, you will select a service plan and pay the one-time launch fee. We will then complete the remaining pages, finalize the content, connect your domain, and launch the website.
What's included in the WebCare service fee?Every plan includes secure hosting, an SSL certificate, platform maintenance, website analytics, technical support, and routine content updates.
The amount and type of update support included depends on the plan you select. Larger additions, new pages, extensive writing, and major design changes may require an additional fee.
What platform will my website use?Your website will run on a secure, professionally managed platform created specifically for small-business websites. We handle the software, hosting, security, and technical maintenance, so you do not need to purchase or manage website software yourself.
Will my website work on smartphones and tablets?Yes. Every website uses responsive design, which automatically adjusts the layout for desktops, laptops, tablets, and smartphones.
Is search engine optimization (SEO) included?Every website includes a search-friendly foundation, including mobile-responsive design, secure hosting, organized page structure, page titles, and clear business information.
These features help search engines understand your website, but they do not guarantee a specific ranking. Ongoing SEO campaigns, content creation, link building, and paid advertising are separate services.
Can I use my current domain name?Yes. You can usually keep your existing domain as long as you own it and have access to the account where it is registered. We will help connect it to your new website. You normally do not need to transfer ownership of the domain.
Do you work with businesses outside of Canandaigua?Yes. DADO Website Services is based in Canandaigua, New York, and works with small businesses regardless of location. We can manage the entire process through phone calls, email, and virtual meetings.
How long does it take to launch a website?Timing depends on the size of the website and how quickly we receive your information, photos, feedback, and approval. Most small-business websites can move from planning to launch within a few weeks after all required materials are available.
Who owns my domain and website content?You retain ownership of your domain name, logo, photos, and original content that you provide.
Your website operates on our managed platform, and the platform itself cannot be transferred to another hosting provider in its current form. Your original content and assets remain yours.
Can I make changes after my website launches?Yes. Contact us when your hours, services, staff, photos, or business information change. Routine updates are included according to your service plan.
Larger additions, new pages, extensive content writing, and major design changes may require an additional fee.
What happens if I cancel my WebCare plan?Your WebCare plan includes the hosting, security, platform maintenance, updates, and support required to keep your website active. If you cancel, your website will remain online through the end of your paid billing period and will then be taken offline.
If you choose another provider, the website will need to be rebuilt on another platform.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. WebCare is available for $750 per year, and WebCare Plus is available for $1,250 per year. Both annual options provide 12 months of service for the price of 10.
The $400 Website Design & Launch fee is separate and applies to new websites.
You may cancel an annual plan before the end of its term. If you cancel early, we will recalculate the months used at the regular monthly rate and refund any remaining prepaid balance. The month in which you cancel counts as a full month.
Annual plans renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
How does the referral program work?
Refer a business to DADO Website Services and receive one free month of your current WebCare plan when that business becomes a paying customer and remains active for 30 days.
WebCare customers receive a $75 credit for each successful referral. WebCare Plus customers receive a $125 credit. Monthly customers receive the credit on an upcoming monthly bill. Annual customers receive the credit toward their next annual renewal.
Referral credits can accumulate without limit. They have no cash value and are available only while your WebCare plan remains active.
