Website Service Terms

DADO Website Services is a service of DADO Branding Group LLC. These terms apply to website design, launch, hosting, maintenance, updates, and related services provided by DADO Website Services.
By approving a project, submitting payment, or authorizing work to begin, you agree to these terms.
Complimentary Website Preview
DADO Website Services may create a complimentary website preview based on information available about your business.
The preview is provided without payment or obligation. It is intended to demonstrate a possible website direction and may not contain complete or final information.
The preview and its underlying design may not be copied, published, transferred, or used outside DADO’s managed website platform without written permission.
If you choose to proceed, the Website Design & Launch fee must be paid before completion work begins.
Website Design & Launch
The Website Design & Launch service includes completion of the approved website preview, mobile-responsive design, content organization, basic search-friendly structure, domain connection, contact form setup, and website launch.
The $399 Website Design & Launch fee is due before completion work begins. The fee includes up to five standard website pages. Additional standard pages are $100 each. The fee becomes nonrefundable once completion work has started.
The fee covers the website scope agreed upon before work begins. Major design changes, extensive content writing, special features, integrations, or work outside the original scope may require an additional fee. Any additional charges will be discussed before the work begins.
DADO Website Services does not provide e-commerce website development or ongoing online-store management. Custom programming, advanced integrations, and other specialized functionality are not included unless separately agreed to in writing.
Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate business information, content, photographs, logos, account access, approvals, and other materials reasonably needed to complete and maintain your website.
You confirm that you have permission to use all materials you provide. You are responsible for reviewing the website and approving its content before launch.
Project timing depends on the website scope and how quickly required information, feedback, and approvals are received. Delays in receiving these materials may delay the launch.
If required materials, feedback, or approval are not received within 60 days, DADO Website Services may place the project on hold. WebCare billing will continue according to the agreed billing schedule. Resuming the project will be subject to scheduling availability. Additional fees may apply if the scope changes or completed work must be substantially revised.
WebCare Plan Requirement
Every DADO website requires an active WebCare or WebCare Plus plan.
WebCare billing begins when the website launches or 30 days after payment of the Website Design & Launch fee, whichever occurs first.
Client delays in providing content, photographs, account access, feedback, or approval do not postpone the WebCare billing date. If DADO Website Services causes the delay, the billing date will be adjusted.
Your WebCare plan includes the hosting, security, SSL certificate, platform maintenance, routine updates, and support required to keep the website active.
You may choose monthly or annual billing. Monthly plans renew automatically each month. Annual plans renew automatically each year. The authorized payment method will be charged until the plan is canceled.
Monthly plans have no minimum service term. Annual plans provide 12 months of service for the price of 10 and are subject to the annual cancellation terms below.
Routine Website Updates
Reasonable routine updates are included with an active WebCare plan.
These may include changes to:
• Business hours
• Contact information
• Staff information
• Existing service descriptions
• Existing text
• Photographs
• Other basic business information
Routine updates do not include new pages, major layout changes, complete redesigns, extensive content writing, advanced functionality, custom programming, or large amounts of new content.
New pages are charged at the current additional-page rate. Other work outside the scope of routine updates may require a separate quote.
Payment
The Website Design & Launch fee must be paid before completion work begins.
WebCare costs $69 per month or $690 per year. WebCare Plus costs $129 per month or $1,290 per year. Annual fees are paid in advance and provide 12 months of service for the price of 10.
Before payment is submitted, the applicable price, billing frequency, initial WebCare charge date, automatic-renewal terms, and cancellation method will be disclosed.
By submitting payment, you authorize DADO Branding Group LLC or its payment processor to charge the selected monthly or annual fee automatically. Confirmation of the recurring-service terms will be provided after enrollment.
You are responsible for keeping your payment information current. DADO Website Services may suspend or take a website offline if an invoice remains unpaid or a recurring payment cannot be processed.
Prices may change with advance notice. A price change will not affect charges already paid. Any legally required notice or consent will be provided before the new price is charged.
Cancellation
You may cancel your WebCare plan at any time by emailing scott@dadobranding.com, submitting the contact form at dadowebsites.com, or calling 585-905-0071. Cancellation does not require a meeting or additional purchase.
Monthly Plans
If the website has launched, it will remain active through the end of the paid monthly billing period and will then be taken offline.
Monthly payments are not prorated orrefunded for a partially used billing period.
Annual Plans
Before an annual plan renews, DADO Website Services will provide advance notice identifying the renewal date, renewal amount, and cancellation instructions.
If you cancel an annual plan before the end of its term, the annual discount no longer applies. We will recalculate the months of service used at the regular monthly rate and refund any remaining prepaid balance.
The month in which you cancel counts as a full month. If the website has launched, it will remain active through the end of that month and will then be taken offline.
Example: If you cancel WebCare during the fourth month of an annual term, four months will be calculated at the regular rate of $69 per month. We will subtract $276 from your $690 annual payment and refund the remaining $414.
No refund remains after 10 months of service. If you cancel after that point, your website will remain active through the end of the annual term and the plan will not renew.
Referral credits, discounts, and other promotional credits have no cash value and are not included in cancellation refunds.
Canceling any WebCare plan ends the hosting, security, maintenance, updates, and support associated with the website. If you choose another provider, the website will need to be rebuilt on another platform.
Referral Credits
Active WebCare customers may earn one free month of their current plan for each successful referral. There is no limit to the number of referral credits a customer may earn.
A referral becomes eligible after the referred business pays the Website Design & Launch fee and initial WebCare payment, remains active for 30 days, and has no refund, failed payment, or payment dispute.
WebCare referral credits are valued at $69. WebCare Plus referral credits are valued at $129.
Monthly customers will receive referral credits on upcoming monthly bills. Annual customers will receive referral credits toward their next annual renewal. Credits exceeding the next payment will carry forward while the customer’s WebCare plan remains active.
Referral credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and are forfeited if the WebCare plan is canceled. Only one referring customer may receive credit for each new customer.
Domain and Content Ownership
You retain ownership of your domain name, logo, photographs, trademarks, and original content that you provide.
DADO Website Services may assist with registering, connecting, and managing your domain. Domain registration and renewal costs are separate unless otherwise stated.
The domain will be registered using customer ownership information whenever possible. If DADO Website Services manages the registrar account, domain control will be provided or transferred to you upon request, subject to payment of any outstanding domain expenses and any registrar-imposed transfer restrictions.
You are responsible for keeping the domain registration current unless another arrangement has been made in writing.
The website operates on DADO’s managed website platform. The platform, templates, code, design framework, layout, and functionality cannot be transferred to another hosting provider in their current form.
Stock photographs, fonts, software, widgets, and other licensed materials may remain subject to the rights and restrictions of their respective providers.
Third-Party Services
Some website features may rely on third-party services, including domain registrars, payment processors, maps, forms, scheduling tools, social media platforms, analytics services, or other integrations.
DADO Website Services does not control these providers and is not responsible for their availability, policies, pricing, changes, or interruptions.
Third-party subscriptions, premium widgets, domain registrations, email services, or other outside services may require separate fees.
Customer Content and Legal Requirements
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your business claims, policies, disclosures, regulated-industry content, and materials.
DADO Website Services may provide general website pages, accessibility features, and technical tools. DADO Website Services does not provide legal advice or guarantee compliance with every law, regulation, accessibility standard, or industry requirement.
You should obtain professional legal guidance when your business requires specific policies, disclosures, accessibility standards, privacy practices, or regulatory language.
Search Engines and Results
DADO Website Services builds websites using generally accepted search-friendly practices. Search engines control how and when websites appear in search results.
We do not guarantee search rankings, website traffic, leads, sales, customer reviews, or other business results.
Website Availability and Security
We take reasonable steps to maintain website availability and security. No website, hosting platform, or internet service can be guaranteed to operate without interruption or security risk.
Maintenance, provider outages, internet failures, malicious activity, or events outside our control may temporarily affect website availability.
Acceptable Use
You may not use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, misleading, or infringing activities.
DADO Website Services may suspend or terminate service for nonpayment, unlawful content, misuse of the platform, infringement of another party’s rights, or a material violation of these terms.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, DADO Branding Group LLC and DADO Website Services will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the website or services.
This includes lost revenue, lost profits, lost data, missed opportunities, search-engine changes, third-party service failures, or temporary website interruptions.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms when our services, pricing, platform, or business practices change.
Material changes affecting an active service will be communicated in advance when reasonably required.
The updated date at the top of this page will show when the terms were last revised.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
